The six bedroom, four bathroom home at 3420 Washington Lane, Cooper City was sold on March 23 by Yasemin Saib Children's (revocable trust) for $740,500. The buyer was 3420 Washington LLC.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 7, 2011. It last sold for $424,000.

So far in March 2022, nine properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Yasemin Saib has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 3420 Washington Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lauren J. Long, 27, Robert Lee Shane Long, 48, Yasemin Saib, 47, Tammy Sledge Long, 43, and Ameen Kanan Saib, 56.
