On March 25, Susan M. Poelcher sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6840 Simms St., Hollywood to Benjamin Poelcher for $156,000.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6840 Simms St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lisa S. Poelchar, 69, and George Edward Poelcher, 83.
