On March 25, Juan A. De Jesus Rivera and Carlos E Mendina Gueits purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6821 Atlanta St., Hollywood from Rodrigo E Ramos and Elsa G De Jesus Rivera for $405,000.

This home last sold for $299,900 on Aug. 6, 2019.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Elsa Giselle De Jesus Rivera has been registered to vote since 2016. Rodrigo Enrique Ramos has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 6821 Atlanta St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sabrina L. Burkett, 46, Elsa Giselle De Jesus Rivera, 44, Jeffrey D. Lewis, 34, and Rodrigo Enrique Ramos, 46.
