On March 25, Marcus House, Amy Tillou and Peggy L House sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5261 S.W. 89th Ave., Cooper City to Juan Manuel Baez and Daniela Betancourt for $585,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 2, 2018 for $375,000.

So far in March 2022, nine properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marcus Anson House has been registered to vote since 2002. Amy Lynn Tillou has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5261 S.W. 89th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joe De Cicco, 102, Marcus Anson House, 46, and Amy Lynn Tillou, 48.
