The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 516 Briarwood Circle 1-51, Hollywood was sold on March 25 by Daniel and Diane Foley for $262,500. The buyer was Angelique Bart-Lall.

So far in March 2022, 93 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Diane L. Foley has been registered to vote since 2002. Daniel J. Foley has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
