The last time this home sold was Feb. 1, 2016. It last sold for $219,000.

So far in February 2022, 223 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Reinier Leon has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 8770 N.W. 12th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ismaily Leon, 34, and Reinier Leon, 35.
