The three bedroom, three bathroom home at 1033 Tyler St., Hollywood was sold on Feb. 28 by Carl A. Berkey and Kristin L. Berkey-Abbott for $655,000. The buyer was Pro Real Estate Florida LLC.

This home last sold for $256,000 on Nov. 8, 2011.

So far in February 2022, 347 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Carl Alan Berkey-Abbott has been registered to vote since 1998. Kristin Lee Berkey-Abbott has been registered to vote since 1998.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1033 Tyler St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Pamela Ruth Ward, 60, Carl Alan Berkey-Abbott, 57, and Kristin Lee Berkey-Abbott, 56.
