The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2428 N. 37th Ave., Hollywood was sold on Feb. 28 by Broward County Circuit Court and Diane Leonardi for $232,500. The buyers were US Bank National Association and Rmac (trust).

This home last sold for $170,000 on April 13, 2006.

So far in February 2022, 347 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Diane Leonardi has been registered to vote since 1982.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2428 N. 37th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Diane Leonardi, 75, Frank Michael Leonardi, 45, and Eliis Anna Falco, 23.
