Golden Beach median home prices rose by 225% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Golden Beach rose by $5,625,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $8,125,000 - a 225% increase over the $2,500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Golden Beach in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Golden Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $44,438, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
