This home last sold on May 3, 2021 for $350,000.

So far in January 2022, 377 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 6241 Dawson St. 1-2 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joedeci Gordon Clarke, 28, Timbreah Vonnesha Bohler, 28, Joedac G. Henry, 28, Margaret Ann Alexander, 62, Monique D. Dunn, 21, and Malik Dunn, 24.
