On Jan. 31, Tiffany Ferreira purchased a home at 132 Hidden Court Road 24-D, Hollywood from Michael G. and Janeen A. Clarke for $290,000.

This home last sold for $205,000 on Oct. 9, 2018.

So far in January 2022, 377 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael George Clarke has been registered to vote since 2007. Janeen Clarke has been registered to vote since 2005.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
