On Jan. 31, Zillow Homes Property (trust) sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 7160 Pershing St., Hollywood to Ana Castellanos and Soannie Jused Maldonado for $395,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 15, 2021. It last sold for $402,000.

So far in January 2022, 377 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7160 Pershing St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Timothy Todd Testa, 56, and Jacob Tyler Testa, 21.
