On Jan. 31, Syed and Parveen Fareeduddin sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11697 S.W. 50th St., Cooper City to Habib Ullah and Ismat Jahan for $540,000.

So far in January 2022, 33 properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Syed Fareeduddin has been registered to vote since 1981. Parveen Fareeduddin has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
