On Jan. 31, Pierre Lafleur sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 5307 S.W. 148th Ave., Miramar to Ingel L. If Rojas (estate), Johnny Antonio Rojas (life estate) and Daniel Alejandro Rojas for $647,250.

This home last sold for $280,000 on Dec. 13, 2012.

So far in January 2022, 169 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Pierre Paul Lafleur has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 5307 S.W. 148th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Venette Louis, 88, Joseph L. Lafleur, 95, Shirlee M. Lafleur, 52, Pierre Paul Lafleur, 56, and Joseph Gesner Louis, 93.
