The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2400 N. 59th Ave., Hollywood was sold on Dec. 30 by Janeth Pena and Dave Sawh for $71,000. The buyers were Janeth Pena Sawh and Paulina Obando.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 26, 2012. It last sold for $99,000.

So far in December 2021, 435 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2400 N. 59th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elvin Antonio Pena, 38, and Alberto Abel Pena, 62.
