The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8456 Windsor Drive, Miramar was sold on Dec. 30 by Paulette Ann Powlesland, Jacqueline Elwese Paryag and Andrew David and Ian George and Mark Joseph Foster for $412,000. The buyers were Vladimir Rodriguez Hernandez and Yeilyn Gonzalez Ruiz.

So far in December 2021, 179 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 8456 Windsor Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aliyah Lavina Lakes, 22, Ebony Monique Morris, 34, Herma Daisy Tait, 70, Charlie J. Reid, 32, and Frank Joseph Tait, 74.
