The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 620 S. Rainbow Drive, Hollywood was sold on Dec. 30 by Otis D. and Karen Jane and Karen Janz Leonard for $550,000. The buyer was Gabrielle Billie.

This home last sold for $305,000 on July 16, 2014.

So far in December 2021, 435 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Karen Jane Leonard has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 620 S. Rainbow Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Karen Jane Leonard, 64, and My'Isha Shari Banks, 28.
