On Dec. 30, Angela Williams and Paul Clermont purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6661 McKinley St., Hollywood from Robert C. Chase for $280,500.

This home last sold for $106,000 on May 9, 2013.

So far in December 2021, 435 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Robert Clifford Chase (76) has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
