The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 5310 W. Saxon Circle, Southwest Ranches was sold on Nov. 30 by Antonio Ferrante and Vincenza Larocca for $1,200,000. The buyers were Katherine and Rickie Ferguson.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 23, 2015. It last sold for $670,000.

So far in November 2021, 20 properties sold in Southwest Ranches.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Antonio Ferrante (59) has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
