On Nov. 30, Marianela Arturo and Miryam Restituta Alvarez Arturo and Miryam Alcarez sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 3505 S.W. 177th Ave., Miramar to Marie Carmelle and Lys Louissaint for $715,000.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 6, 2007. It last sold for $555,000.

So far in November 2021, 150 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sonja Michelle Doyle, 52, was the only registered voter residing at 3505 S.W. 177th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
