The home at 2922 Dublin Circle, Cooper City was sold on Nov. 30 by David L. and Annmarie T. Cohen for $624,900. The buyer was Adam D. Brancato.

So far in November 2021, 35 properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David L. Cohen has been registered to vote since 1986. Annmarie T. Cohen has been registered to vote since 1986.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
