The last time this home sold was Aug. 1, 2012. It last sold for $75,000.

This property is one of 150 sales so far in Miramar in November 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jose Rafael Tovar, 75, was the only registered voter residing at 7816 Venetian St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
