The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8691 N.W. 24th Court, Pembroke Pines was sold on Nov. 30 by Fritz and Elaine Leknes for $120,000. The buyers were Ronald Alan and Greg Michael Leknes.

This home last sold on Jan. 22, 1999 for $145,000.

So far in November 2021, 279 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Greg M. Leknes has been registered to vote since 1992. Ronald A. Leknes has been registered to vote since 2010.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
