According to the Florida Secretary of State, Pheathine Quinn has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3467 Cluster Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dennis Jerome Frazier, 57, and Pheathine Quinn, 48.
