On Nov. 30, Jesus Rodriguez purchased a home at 1570 N.W. 159th Ave., Pembroke Pines from Marie-Andres Georges and Beverly Jean Jacques for $510,000.

So far in November 2021, 279 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Hibbert Jean-Jacques, 41, was the only registered voter residing at 1570 N.W. 159th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
