On Nov. 30, Eugene Fershteyn purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 719 S. 17th Ave., Hollywood from Leah and Paul Cardone for $670,000.

This home last sold for $509,000 on March 13, 2018.

So far in November 2021, 352 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Paul Anthony Cardone has been registered to vote since 2017. Leah Anne Cardone has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 719 S. 17th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Wayne Mouton, 53, Paul Anthony Cardone, 60, and Leah Anne Cardone, 58.
