On Nov. 30, Ana Maria Fernandez purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 518 S. 58th Court, Hollywood from Allison McMahon for $470,000.

So far in November 2021, 352 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 518 S. 58th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Monica Hatter, 70, Kimberly C. Sampson, 50, Tramar John Boyd, 21, and Christian P. Sampson, 51.
