On Nov. 29, Migdalia Wilfredo and Magdalia Figueroa Wilfredo sold their 0.5 bedroom, one bathroom commercial property at 101 N. Ocean Drive 586, Hollywood to Hollywood Horizons LLC for $116,550.

This commercial property last sold for $50,000 on Sept. 5, 2003.

So far in November 2021, 349 properties sold in Hollywood.
