This home last sold for $415,000 on June 9, 2006.

So far in November 2021, 149 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 2778 S.W. 129th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gilberto E. Hernandez Negron, 61, Patricia Mancha, 54, Bonnie Wackman Struckholz, 67, and Patrick Edward Struckholz, 67.
