This home last sold on May 29, 2012 for $13,900.

So far in November 2021, 266 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 640 N.W. 217th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carlos L. Galindo, 70, and Mirta L. Galindo, 74.
