The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8681 N.W. 24th Court, Pembroke Pines was sold on Nov. 29 by Carl F. and Kathleen D. Stoltz for $450,000. The buyers were Ronald Alan and Greg Michael Leknes.

So far in November 2021, 266 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 8681 N.W. 24th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cody Thomas Dillon, 26, and Valarie Jean Dillon, 58.
