On Oct. 28, Mary E., Mary C., Mary Cummins and Cummins-Mary Byrne sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5431 Pierce St., Hollywood to Juan Carlos Rubio and Andrea Gabriela Ron for $529,000.

So far in October 2021, 332 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mary E. Byrne has been registered to vote since 1980.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5431 Pierce St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary E. Byrne, 80, Kathleen Ann Byrne, 44, and James J. Byrne, 41.
