The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 16721 S.W. 38th St., Miramar was sold on Oct. 28 by Tinu and Ancy Mathew for $555,000. The buyers were Juan and Migdalia Cotto.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 16, 2003. It last sold for $279,000.

So far in October 2021, 161 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ancy Mathew has been registered to vote since 2012. Tinu Mathew has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 16721 S.W. 38th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anibal Deliz, 60, Carlos Ricardo Estremadoyro, 65, Juan C. Garcia Cintron, 53, Ancy Mathew, 41, and Tinu Mathew, 41.
