On Oct. 28, Joseph M Sclafani and Tyler A. Miller purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6750 Branch St., Hollywood from Darlene D Sarfas and Darlene Sarfas (revocable trust) for $350,000.

So far in October 2021, 332 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Darlene S. Sarfas (85) has been registered to vote since 1966.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
