On Oct. 28, Dennis and Ireivy Ulacia sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 10253 S.W. 50th St., Cooper City to Zalmen Raksin and Chaya Berkowitz for $477,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 23, 2017. It last sold for $340,000.

So far in October 2021, 54 properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dennis Ulacia has been registered to vote since 2012. Ireivy Ulacia has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 10253 S.W. 50th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dennis Ulacia, 40, Gerald S. Bridwell, 54, Virginia Charlene Bridwell, 44, and Ireivy Ulacia, 37.
