On Oct. 28, Michel Rendon Fernandez and Daniela Maria Hernandez Dominguez purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9871 N.W. Third St., Pembroke Pines from Deicy and Carlos E. Rebollar for $435,000.

This home last sold for $290,000 on June 8, 2018.

So far in October 2021, 273 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 9871 N.W. Third St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Daniel Anthony Goodwin, 39, Joan Marcela Goodwin, 35, Tina Rose Young, 60, and Richard Edward Goodwin, 36.
