The four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 10454 S.W. 54th St., Cooper City was sold on Oct. 28 by Mark and Carolyn Margulies for $792,000. The buyers were Shmuel and Lieba Chanin.

So far in October 2021, 54 properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Carolyn Margulies has been registered to vote since 1988. Mark A. Margulies has been registered to vote since 1988.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
