On Oct. 28, Mariano Carpintero Aras and Natalia R Papalardo sold their five bedroom, three bathroom home at 18487 N.W. 23rd St., Pembroke Pines to Marc E Schwarzberg and Alexis Damiami for $730,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 25, 2015 for $453,000.

So far in October 2021, 273 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mariano Carpintero Aras has been registered to vote since 2017. Natalia Raquel Papalardo has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
