On Oct. 28, Mark Gonzalez Jr. and Nilda Pinero Gonzalez purchased a home at 17053 N.W. 10th St., Pembroke Pines from Vincent J. III and Vicki M. Grippa for $558,000.

So far in October 2021, 273 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Vincent John Grippa has been registered to vote since 2005. Vincent John Grippa has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 17053 N.W. 10th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Johnnie S. Grippa, 32, Vincent John Grippa, 55, Sebastian Nicholas Grippa, 27, Vincent John Grippa, 34, and Michael Anthony Grippa, 20.
