The last time this home sold was July 24, 2018. It last sold for $479,900.

So far in October 2021, 273 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Scott Edward Farmer has been registered to vote since 2004. Danielle Amelia Farmer has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
