The last time this home sold was Aug. 3, 2020. It last sold for $305,000.

So far in October 2021, 273 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1519 N.W. 113th Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mindy Deborah Kaufman-Opiela, 53, and Scott William Opiela, 53.
