The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 11230 Reveille Road, Cooper City was sold on Oct. 29 by Michel B. and Sage E. Khoueiri for $525,000. The buyers were Thalassa and Marilyn Tonks.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 31, 2014. It last sold for $327,000.

So far in October 2021, 54 properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sage Elise Khoueiri has been registered to vote since 1995. Michel Boutros Khoueiri has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
