On Oct. 29, Galy Enterprises Inc. purchased a one bedroom, one bathroom home at 2530 Pierce St. 103, Hollywood from Randall B Gearhart and Edward Ben Gearhart (revocable trust) for $85,000.

So far in October 2021, 332 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Boney Boykins Paul, 58, was the only registered voter residing at 2530 Pierce St. 103 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
