This home last sold on June 3, 2019 for $661,000.

So far in September 2021, 376 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1852 Washington St. 1-8 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Skylar Thomas Holt, 26, and Dale John Oquist, 26.
