The home at 3621 S.W. 35th St., West Park was sold on Sept. 30 by Fredrick Mueller for $375,000. The buyer was Haim Erez.

So far in September 2021, 32 properties sold in West Park.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Fredrick Mueller (66) has been registered to vote since 1977.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
