On Sept. 30, Daniel and Andre J. Petit, Vivian Hubbard and Carole Smith sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 900 St. Charles Place 218, Pembroke Pines to Irene Diego and Omar A. Iglesias for $140,000.

So far in September 2021, 228 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Florence M. Petit, 92, was the only registered voter residing at 900 St. Charles Place 218 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
