This home last sold for $65,100 on Feb. 18, 2009.

This property is one of 166 sales so far in Hallandale Beach in September 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gheorghe Musutan has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1450 Atlantic Shores Blvd. 211 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gheorghe Musutan, 68, and Valeria Musutan, 66.
