The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11907 S.W. 55th St., Cooper City was sold on Sept. 30 by Kenneth C. and April M. Wells for $585,000. The buyer was 55 Cooper City LLC.

This home last sold for $354,000 on Aug. 10, 2015.

So far in September 2021, 48 properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kenneth Charles Wells has been registered to vote since 1992. April Melissa Wells has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 11907 S.W. 55th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kenneth Charles Wells, 50, April Melissa Wells, 41, Rogelio Antonio Moya, 87, Rosa M. Moya, 83, and Carlyle Craig Morris, 19.
