On Sept. 30, Jonathan O. Alvarez and Audra K Jerguson purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 7440 Raleigh St., Hollywood from Christian and Gabriella Huerta and Gabriella Muccino for $400,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 21, 2018 for $279,000.

So far in September 2021, 376 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Christian De Jesus Huerta has been registered to vote since 2008. Gabriella Lauren Huerta has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
