The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3801 S. Ocean Drive N9P, Hollywood was sold on Sept. 30 by Broward County Circuit Court, Isaias Kolender and Graciela Bakschi for $401,100. The buyer was Bank of New York Mellon.

So far in September 2021, 376 properties sold in Hollywood.
